Musk Perfume & Attar Oil

Musk oil and attar are the same idea under two names: perfume without alcohol, thick and oil-based, sold in small bottles of 3 to 12 ml. You apply a little on the wrists, the neck or behind the ears, and it warms on the skin rather than projecting across a room. Worn this way it holds for hours, and on fabric it can last a full day.

Why the Gulf wears musk rather than eau de parfum

Alcohol-free means the scent sits close and stays clean, which is why these bottles are kept for daily wear and for prayer. The format matters too: a roll-on fits in a pocket or a handbag and is easy to reapply, so the fragrance can be refreshed through the day instead of being sprayed once in the morning.
