An item arrived damaged, defective or wrong — tell us within 48 hours of delivery and attach photographs of the item and of the outer parcel. That is enough for us to approve the return immediately and we cover the return shipping. See our return policy.
Choosing a fragrance — tell us what you already wear and when you want to wear it, day or evening. We would rather answer ten questions than send you something you did not want.
