PREAMBLE
The Seller is a publisher of Products intended for consumers, marketed through the website https://www.parfum-dubai-store.com
The list and description of the goods offered by the Company can be viewed on the aforementioned website.
ARTICLE 1: PURPOSE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the rights and obligations of the parties within the framework of the online sale of Products offered by the Seller.
ARTICLE 2: GENERAL PROVISIONS
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sales of Products made through the Company's websites and form an integral part of the Contract between the Buyer and the Seller. They are fully enforceable against the Buyer, who must accept them before placing an order.
The Seller reserves the right to modify these terms at any time by publishing a new version on its website. The applicable GTC are those in effect on the date of payment (or the first payment in the case of multiple payments) of the order. The Company ensures that acceptance is clear and unconditional by implementing a checkbox and validation click. The Customer declares having read all of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, and where applicable, the Specific Terms related to a product or service, and accepts them without restriction or reservation.
The Customer acknowledges having received all necessary information to ensure the suitability of the offer. The Customer declares being legally capable of entering into a contract under French law or authorized to represent another person.
Unless proven otherwise, the information recorded by the Company constitutes proof of all transactions.
ARTICLE 3: PRICES
The prices of products sold through the websites are indicated in Euros excluding taxes and are clearly specified on the product description pages. They are also indicated in Euros including all taxes (VAT + any other applicable taxes) on the order page, excluding specific shipping costs.
For all products shipped outside the European Union and/or French Overseas Territories, the price is automatically calculated excluding taxes on the invoice. Customs duties, other local taxes, import duties, or state taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
The Company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time for future orders. Telecommunication costs necessary to access the website remain the responsibility of the Customer. Delivery charges may also apply.
ARTICLE 4: ONLINE CONTRACT CONCLUSION
In accordance with Article 1127-1 of the French Civil Code, the Customer must follow several steps to conclude the contract electronically:
• Review product characteristics
• Select products and options
• Enter personal information (name, email, address, etc.)
• Accept the Terms and Conditions
• Verify and confirm the order
Before confirming the order, the Buyer may review and correct any errors or cancel the order.
Order confirmation constitutes acceptance of the contract. The Customer then proceeds with payment and receives confirmation emails.
The contract is concluded in French. Terms are sent by email and archived on the website.
The archiving of communications, orders, order details, and invoices is carried out on a reliable and durable medium in accordance with Article 1360 of the French Civil Code.
For delivered products, delivery will be made to the address provided by the Customer. The Customer agrees to provide accurate identification details.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order in case of abnormal request, bad faith, or legitimate reason.
ARTICLE 5: PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
The essential characteristics of goods and services and their prices are made available to the buyer on the Company's website.
The total amount due is indicated on the order confirmation page. Shipping costs are specified during checkout.
The Seller reserves the right to modify prices while guaranteeing the price at the time of order.
If products are not delivered immediately, delivery dates are clearly indicated.
The Customer confirms having received full details regarding delivery costs, payment methods, and seller information.
The Seller agrees to fulfill orders within the limits of available stock. If unavailable, the Customer will be informed and refunded if necessary.
Product images and illustrations are not contractually binding.
Information is presented in French.
ARTICLE 6: CONFORMITY
Products comply with applicable safety and consumer protection regulations.
The Seller is responsible for defects in conformity and hidden defects.
Defective or non-compliant products will be refunded or exchanged.

ARTICLE 7: RETENTION OF TITLE
Products remain the property of the Company until full payment is received.
ARTICLE 8: DELIVERY TERMS
Products are delivered to the address indicated during ordering within the specified timeframe.
Order preparation takes 24–48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
In case of delay, the Customer may cancel the contract and request a refund.
The risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer upon physical delivery.
ARTICLE 9: AVAILABILITY AND PRESENTATION
If a product is unavailable for more than 14 business days, the Customer will be notified and may request cancellation or refund.
ARTICLE 10: PAYMENT
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
Payment is accepted via secure credit or debit card (Visa/Mastercard).
Transactions are encrypted using secure technology.
If payment fails, the order is automatically canceled.
ARTICLE 11: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Buyer has 14 days from receipt of the order to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason.

Refunds are issued within 7 days via bank transfer.
ARTICLE 12: GUARANTEES
The Seller provides legal guarantees for product conformity and hidden defects.
Customers have 2 years from delivery to take action.

ARTICLE 13: COMPLAINTS AND MEDIATION

If unresolved, consumers may use a mediator to reach an amicable solution.
ARTICLE 14: CONTRACT TERMINATION
The Buyer may cancel the contract in cases such as:
• Non-conforming product
• Delivery delays

ARTICLE 15: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content (trademarks, images, text, etc.) remains the exclusive property of the Seller.

ARTICLE 16: FORCE MAJEURE
The Seller’s obligations are suspended in case of unforeseen events or force majeure.
ARTICLE 17: NULLITY AND MODIFICATION
If any clause is invalid, the remaining clauses remain valid.

ARTICLE 18: PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679), personal data is processed for order management and service delivery.
The Buyer has rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of their data.
Data may be shared with relevant departments and authorized authorities where required.
No automated decision-making or profiling is used.
ARTICLE 18: APPLICABLE LAW AND CLAUSES
These Terms are governed by French law.
Invalidity of one clause does not affect the rest.
ARTICLE 19: CONSUMER INFORMATION
Applicable legal provisions include Articles 1641, 1648 of the Civil Code and Articles L.217-4, L.217-5, L.217-12, and L.217-16 of the Consumer Code regarding conformity and hidden defects.
