Tonka is the material that holds this together. It is powdery and almond-like with a hay facet, and it sits naturally between chocolate and vanilla - close enough to both that the transition between them is seamless rather than abrupt.

Gourmand, on fabric

A gourmand accord behaves better on textile than in the air. Sprayed into a room, chocolate and vanilla fill it quickly and can become cloying; released slowly from a cushion or a curtain over days, the same accord stays comfortable.

How to use it

Short bursts from about thirty centimetres onto fabric. On anything pale or delicate, test a seam first. Cooler months suit it better than a Gulf summer, where heat amplifies gourmands considerably.
