Box of 6 Packs Incense Woods

A box of six packs of scented incense woods — the everyday format for perfuming a home in the Gulf.

These are wood chips soaked in fragrant oils, burned a piece at a time on a charcoal disc or in an electric burner. They smoulder rather than flame, releasing scent over ten to twenty minutes and leaving it in curtains and clothing long after.

Buying six packs at once is how most households do it: incense is used weekly rather than occasionally, and a single pack does not last long once it becomes a habit.

How to use it

Light a charcoal disc with tongs, place it in a burner, add a small piece of wood and let the smoke fill the room. Always use on a heat-resistant surface, away from anything flammable.
