Volare - Frantic

Frantic is Volare's leather masculine - leather and wood with a fougere structure over them. Twenty-five millilitres, built for cooler seasons.

The register

Leather and woods, enriched with fougere and aromatic accords. Fougere is one of perfumery's oldest masculine structures - lavender, coumarin and oakmoss - and laying it over leather is what gives this its depth: the aromatic top keeps the leather from reading as heavy, and the leather keeps the fougere from reading as a barbershop cliche.

How it wears

Long-lasting, as leather compositions are. Two sprays; a third does not add presence to a fragrance of this weight, it adds volume. Evening and cooler months rather than midday heat.
