Volare - Inventive

Inventive is Volare's warm-weather masculine: woody, citrus and aquatic, in a 25 ml bottle.

The register

Woods with citrus and an aquatic accord. That is a summer structure - it works by lift and freshness rather than by depth, which is exactly the opposite of the oriental compositions that dominate Gulf perfumery and the reason it stays wearable at midday.

How it wears

Strong longevity for a fresh composition, which is the difficult part: most aquatics disappear within two hours. The woods underneath are what hold it. Two sprays on the neck and the inside of the wrists.

Twenty-five millilitres carries in a jacket or a bag, so it can be refreshed in the afternoon - useful with a fresh fragrance, which fades faster than a heavy one.
