Kenzie Classic Pistachio 100ml - Volaré

Kenzie Classic Pistachio by Volare is a gourmand floral fruity eau de parfum built on a pistachio gelato accord: bergamot, pistachio, hazelnut and cardamom at the top, geranium, white peony, lily of the valley, jasmine and fruity notes at the heart, marshmallow, cotton candy, cedarwood, sandalwood and tonka bean at the base. One hundred millilitres.

Pistachio, a rare note in perfumery

Pistachio's rich, creamy, lightly milky character is uncommon as a fragrance material, and pairing it with hazelnut and cardamom at the opening gives the composition an artisanal, gelato-like register rather than a straightforward sweet gourmand.

How it wears

Two sprays, then wait: the pistachio-hazelnut opening is loudest first, and the marshmallow-tonka base is what carries through the rest of the day - softened by cedarwood and sandalwood so it never turns overly sugary.
