Love Spark is Maison Alhambra's cherry composition - a fruity opening cut with ginger, over a floral heart, in 80 ml.

Notes

Top: cherry, ginger
Heart: jasmine sambac
Base: musk, pink pepper, ambrettolide

How it wears

Cherry is a difficult note - it turns syrupy very easily - and the ginger in the opening is what keeps this one from doing so. Underneath, jasmine sambac gives it a proper floral middle rather than a straight gourmand, and the pink pepper in the base keeps a dry edge running through the musk.

An 80 ml eau de parfum, worn by men and women. Two sprays. The fruit reads loudest in the first half hour, so judge it after ten minutes rather than at the nozzle.
