Almond at the top

That is the detail worth noticing. It gives the opening a soft, slightly powdery quality before the flowers arrive, and it connects directly to the heliotrope in the base - which is also almond-like. The composition is bracketed by the same idea at both ends.

How to wear it

This is an office and daytime fragrance rather than an evening one - feminine without excess, and soft enough not to impose in a shared space. Two sprays at the pulse points; reliable longevity, so a second application is rarely needed.
