Pistachio Kunafa by Anfar 1950 is a gourmand eau de parfum inspired by the kunafa pastry: pistachio and caramel at the top, toasted sesame, tonka bean and cardamom at the heart, vanilla and chocolate at the base. One hundred millilitres.

Toasted sesame, a rare gourmand material

Sesame's roasted, subtly sweet character is uncommon in perfumery, and it is what gives the heart its culinary, kunafa-like authenticity - alongside tonka bean's soft vanilla nuance and cardamom's spice, before vanilla and chocolate close the composition.

How it wears

Two sprays, then wait: the pistachio-caramel opening is loudest first, and the vanilla-chocolate base is what carries through the rest of the day.
