The register

Sage and lavender at the heart, echoing the feminine version, give this a herbal-aromatic core rather than a straightforwardly sweet or resinous one. Rosemary adds a woody, Mediterranean edge; vetiver brings a cool, earthy freshness; patchouli closes it with depth rather than sweetness.

How it wears
