Beauty of Joseon's Relief Sun Aquafresh is a Korean daily sunscreen built on rice seed water, with a light aqueous finish. Fifty millilitres.

What is in it

The UV protection uses modern filters rather than the older generation: ethylhexyl triazone, drometrizole trisiloxane, diethylamino hydroxybenzoyl hexyl benzoate, bis-ethylhexyloxyphenol methoxyphenyl triazine and terephthalidene dicamphor sulfonic acid. These are photostable and give broad coverage at lower concentrations, which is why the texture stays light.

Alongside them: rice seed water and bran oil, green tea leaf water, oat and artichoke extracts, panthenol, sodium hyaluronate, ceramide NP, beta-glucan and ferulic acid.

How to use it

Last step of a morning routine, after moisturiser and before makeup. Apply generously - most people use a fraction of the amount sunscreens are tested at - and reapply through the day when outdoors.
