Gris Montaigne Paris - Rouge Absolu

This is the textile spray version of Gris Montaigne's Absolu Rouge - the same accord as the tahara musk, in a 250 ml spray for fabrics and rooms.

The accord

Amber, white flowers, woods, warm spice. Rich and enveloping, which is why it works better on textile than most: heavy accords that would be too much on skin in summer read well on a cushion or a curtain, where they release slowly instead of all at once.

What a textile spray is for

A dry formula that leaves no residue on fabric. Curtains, cushions, a majlis, an abaya between wears, a car interior. It holds on textile far longer than a room spray does in open air.

How to use it

Short passes from about thirty centimetres. Test a hidden corner first on anything pale or delicate.
