Affection by Lattafa Pride is a nut gourmand — pistachio at the top, and that alone puts it in a small category.

Pistachio, hazelnut and blackcurrant open it: nutty and green, with the blackcurrant adding a tart edge that keeps the opening from being heavy. The heart is where it becomes creamy — lactones alongside jasmine, lily of the valley and raspberry. Lactones carry into the base too, with vanilla and tonka bean, and that is what gives Affection its milky, dessert-like drydown.

Launched in 2024, it belongs to the pistachio-gourmand wave that has dominated Gulf perfumery since.
