Plum against jasmine

That is the pairing worth noting. Plum is dark and slightly winey; jasmine is bright and white-floral. Putting them in sequence - plum arriving first, jasmine following - gives the composition a shift from dark to luminous over the first hour, rather than settling into one register throughout.

How it wears
